Lounge
The lounge of this historic pub, is a great space for a intimate party. With bags of character, the room is idea for birthdays and get together’s and situated close to the main bar and restaurant allows for easy ordering whilst keeping your party nice and private. The room can be stocked with your pre-ordered drinks for arrival and a delicious buffet can magically appear at an allotted time, so no matter how small your party, you and your guests will feel like VIPs.

LOUNGE HIRE DETAILS
| Capacity | 25 Seated. 50 Standing. We do recommend that if are eating that you go for the non seated option of a buffet, |
| Costs | There is no hire fee, minimum spend or deposit but we ask that you bring a minimum of 30 guests, and start to arrive no later than 7.30pm. |
| Payments | All pre ordered food and drink must be paid for 2 weeks in advance of your event. |
| Food | We are able to offer a Buffet menu for your party, or you are welcome to order from the bar snack menu. We do not allow outside catering apart from a cake to be brought into the building. We recommend our sister venue. Please let the manager know if you have any specific dietary requirements. |
| Drinks | All drinks must be ordered from the bar with exception of any pre ordered wine or bottled beer. We will arange for your pre ordered drinks to be ready for you on your arrival. |
| Decoration | As with any blank canvas, the room positively comes alive with decoration and it is very much encouraged. If you prefer a more minimal look, then you have the ideal space! We ask that you restrict the use of Sellotape as it pulls the paint off the walls. Early access for decoration can be arranged. |
| Entertainment | A connection is available for MP3 players or laptops is available in the room, or you are welcome to use our playlist. |
| Timings | The room is open during pub hours. |
| Access | There is one step into the pub, but as the toilets are up some very steep stairs, we are unable to cater for wheelchairs at the moment, but we are working on it! |
